At Talktiyu, we prioritize your satisfaction. However, due to the nature of the digital services we provide—particularly virtual SMS numbers, SMS routing credits, and instant digital activations—all purchases are considered final once the product has been successfully activated or credited to your account.
By making a purchase on Talktiyu, you acknowledge and accept this Refund Policy.
✅ Refund Eligibility
We may honor refund requests under the following conditions:
1. Failure to Receive SMS (Non-Delivery)
- Request submitted within 15 days of order.
- No SMS received on the purchased number.
- Number is not marked as activated.
- Once an SMS is received, refunds are void.
2. Major Technical Defects
- Reported via support email within 72 hours.
- We’ll attempt to fix it within 72 hours.
- If not resolved, we offer refund or replacement.
- Temporary access to your Talktiyu account may be requested for diagnosis.
❌ Non-Refundable Situations
- Service already used or credited.
- Unsupported third-party platform issues.
- Delays from external apps (e.g., banks).
- Lack of required verification info.
- Requests made after 7 days.
⏳ Refund Request Timeline
All requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Late requests will not be honored.
