Getting Started

Q: How do I register?
a: Click Sign Up at the top right and complete the registration form.
Q: How do I top up my balance?
a: Once logged in, click Payment in the menu, then choose your preferred method.
Q: How do I get a number?
a: After topping up, select your desired service and country from the main page, and click Buy.
Q: What do I do after receiving my number?

a:

  1. Go to My Numbers (top menu) to view active numbers.
  2. Use the provided number to request SMS from your desired service (e.g., Telegram).
  3. Return to Talktiyu and click Get SMS to retrieve the OTP.
  4. If the number is invalid, click Reject.
  5. Enter the code into your app/service to complete registration.
Q: How do I check my purchase history?
a: All activation appears in My Numbers/History. Use filters to sort by date, country, or service.

General Questions

Q: When are new numbers available?
a: We continually update with new numbers—check our News page and follow our Telegram channel for updates.
Q: Why can't I buy a number even if the stock is showing?

a:

  • Stock is shared with the API—popular countries sell out quickly. Try again or switch countries.
  • We limit each user to 7 active numbers. Overbuying and immediately canceling may temporarily block your account (usually up to 1 hour).

Account Registration & Access

Q: I can’t sign up.
a: Verify your email—check the spam folder. If still not working, contact support for assistance.
Q: I can’t sign in.

a:

  • Ensure your email and password are correct.
  • Forgot password? Use Reset Password—check spam if you don’t receive the link.
  • Your IP might be blocked—try another IP or network.
Q: Why is my account blocked or banned?

a:

  • You must maintain at least 6% successful activations out of 100 buys. Falling below triggers a 30-minute block (reset at midnight UTC).
  • Cancelling numbers frequently or buying more than 7 at once may result in temporary account suspension.

Payments & Balance

Q: What fees apply to topping up?
a: Payment fees range from 2.5% to 5%, depending on your method and currency.
Q: My top-up didn’t appear.
a: Wait up to 30 minutes. If still pending, email support with payment method, amount, date/time, and receipt screenshot.
Q: Can I withdraw my balance?
a: No — funds must be used on the platform or refunded according to our Refund Policy.
Q: Can I transfer balance to other users?
a: No — Talktiyu does not support balance transfers between accounts.
Q: How do I request a refund?

a: Refund eligibility requires:

  • Account is under 30 days old.
  • First top-up occurred within the past 10 days.
  • You have not received any SMS on the purchased number.

If approved, refunds are given via the original payment method or Talktiyu credit, per our Refund Policy terms.

SMS Delivery & Usage

Q: I didn’t receive my SMS.

a:

  • Try a different operator or country.
  • Consider using a VPN to match the origin country.
  • If still unsuccessful, deactivate the number for an immediate refund to your Talktiyu balance.
Q: Can I use the same number to receive another code?
a: No — once used to receive an SMS, the number is marked as activated. Need multiple codes? Purchase a fresh number or contact support to explore rental options.

API & Developer Support

Q: Where do I find my API key?
a: Go to your Account Profile—your API key is displayed there.
Q: How do I use the API to purchase numbers?
a: Visit our API Documentation page for detailed integration instructions. Need help? Contact us via email and we can connect you with a developer.

Q: I’m a software developer—how do I integrate Talktiyu?
a: Email us with your Talktiyu account email, software name, website or Telegram link, and details about the feature you want. We’ll assist you from there.
